If you use one of the numbers under 'One tap mobile,' you don't even need to enter your meeting ID. Keep in mind that the web browser version may have some limitations compared to the Zoom app. If someone has set the call up ahead of time, all you need to do is open the event or email on your phone and use one of the zillion Zoom dial-in numbers it gives you.If you don’t want to use your display name, you can change it if signed into your Zoom account. Enter the Meeting ID and your display name. If the host is recording the meeting and has the “Ask Participants for Consent at Start Recording” feature turned on, a disclaimer will appear asking for your consent to be recorded. Sign into your Zoom account and click Join.If the host has set the waiting room, you will be prompted to wait until the host allows you to participate.When you click on “Launch from browser”, you will be prompted to enter your name and check the “I’m not a robot” box.When you click on “Join” the next screen will ask you to open Zoom from your browser instead of the app.Alternatively, you can go to the Zoom website ( ) and enter the meeting ID provided by the host.If you were invited to a meeting via a URL link, click on the link to join the meeting.The host of the meeting must have the “Show ‘Join from browser’ link” feature enabled for this to work.It is possible to join a Zoom meeting without installing the Zoom app by using the web browser version of the platform.
